Refund policy

We hope you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if this is not the case then for stock items purchased online or over the phone we will be happy to refund you.

We will happily accept any stock item returns of unused items within a 7 day period of purchase for domestic orders and within 10 day period of purchase for international orders.

Bespoke orders non refundable.  

Item(s) must be received in the same condition they were sent and in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. If the item is not received, it is the liability of the customer. We recommend using a trackable or insured option, which is how we ship the items.

Please email us a lucy@minkajewels.com to request the return and once it has been accepted we will be in touch with the details.

Once the item is received and checked the full amount of the item purchased less the original delivery fee will be refunded to the same account the payment was made.
