All items of jewellery available for sale on the site are designed by Lucy Crowther. The jewellery is available in a range of materials including 18k yellow gold, 18k white gold, platinum & silver.
‘Personalised Jewellery’ means any item of jewellery that is created by us in accordance with your specifications such as items with customised design, metals, stones, engravings, size, length or variation. For the avoidance of doubt this includes rings that are made to order to a specific size. Please check our product descriptions for further details as to whether an item is deemed to be customised Jewellery.
The images of the products on our site are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of our products. Your products may vary slightly from those images.

We will confirm our acceptance of your order by sending you a confirmation e-mail confirming that the items have been despatched (“Confirmation”). The Contract between us will only be formed when we send you the Confirmation. All prices are expressed inclusive of any VAT payable unless otherwise stated. If you are ordering an item that will be shipped to an address outside of the European Union, a sum equal to the applicable rate of VAT will be deducted from the total purchase price of the order.

Whilst we will use reasonable endeavours to deliver the items on the agreed date we will not be liable for any failure to deliver on the stated date or at the stated time.

We will not be liable if we fail to deliver in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control.
